Position Overview: 
The Director of Program Management at Concord New Energy will execute on the development and construction of utility scale solar and energy storage projects. The role involves collaborating across multiple teams and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver projects as well as finding and implementing solutions to issues across the organization affecting project development, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and own plan of record for programs and projects in scope.
  • Build, integrate, and maintain reporting for areas of responsibility within existing reporting schemes and mechanisms. Where required, implement new reporting.
  • Build and manage project schedules/plans to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs Plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management.
  • Implement or enable virtuous continuous improvement cycles in macro team processes.
  • Continuously monitor project schedules.
  • Measure and report effectiveness of new programs and platforms.
  • Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities managing risk by bridging interdepartmental gaps.
